ROBERT ROBSEN

Robert Robsen is a solo musician from southern Germany and makes a mixture of new wave, post-punk, indie rock and synth-pop in the ‘Neue neue deutsche Welle’ sound. He produces, records and mixes his songs in classic DIY style completely independently in his small home studio. He was previously part of various bands as a singer and guitarist until he wrote a lot of new music during the coronavirus lockdown in 2021, resulting in the Robert Robsen solo project. He has released five singles since June 2022, with his third song ‘Zu wenig Zeit’ being his German-language debut. His songs have been featured on various music blogs and playlists (Diffus-Magazin, PULS). His latest single ‘Gemeinsam Einsam’ was released in April, a powerful, stormy and at the same time romantic song about loneliness and the desire for closeness.
