The ‘friendly drinking companions from their Franconian homeland’ have been performing on stages at clubs and festivals throughout Germany for more than five years. With their debut album ‘Nah am Folk’ and their second record ‘Tavernentempler’, the Gossenpoeten have made a steep and likeable entry into the folk scene. The band, consisting of five members – Darian the Poet, the Wandervogel, Fynn the Vagabond, the Fox and Mr. Frischbier – will expand in 2023 with raw drums that lend a new hardness to their feel-good folk music.
